As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s financial products and lending solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across various market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Promote and cross-sell the company’s lending products and financial solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop proposals and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track, measure, and report on business development activities, pipelines, and performance targets.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2 – 4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in a fintech company or a financial institution.
Strong understanding of financial products, lending processes, and customer lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to meet targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
