We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and expand the company’s client base.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across assigned markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide feedback from clients and the market to support product and service development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of solid Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, in the Health sector.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Not more than 28years of age.
