Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
Sales and Business Development: Generating leads, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
Collaboration: Working with marketing, product development, and other teams to support business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and providing insights to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

B.Sc or HND in Computer or Business Administration and/or a related field is desirable.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent ICT knowledge is an added advantage especially (Hardware sales).

Skills:

Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to sell, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and articulate product value.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of ICT industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
