We are seeking a proactive Bread Distribution Manager to oversee and grow our bread distribution network.
The role involves onboarding new vendors, managing existing distributors, and driving overall sales performance.
The successful candidate will ensure sales targets are achieved while building and maintaining strong, beneficial relationships with partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3—5 years' experience in distribution management, preferably within FMCG or bakery products.
Strong vendor onboarding and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/distribution targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
