Brand Manager – FMCG at Givanas Group of Companies

Givanas Group of Companies is specialized in manufacturing and distributing Fast Moving Consumer Goods such as Milk, tea, canned sea food, bath soap and a lot more in order to satisfy the Nigerian market through Nigerian distributors and customers.Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamicBrand Managerto own and drive the growth of Givanas Group’s FMCG brands.
You will lead brand strategy, product innovation, marketing campaigns, and performance management to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies to grow market share and profitability.
Lead product development, packaging, and innovation initiatives.
Conduct market and consumer research to inform brand positioning.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, trade).
Monitor brand performance, analyze sales data, and benchmark competitors.
Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
Drive consumer engagement and maintain relationships with agencies, distributors, and retail partners.
Ensure brand compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Brand growth and market share increase
Sales and revenue impact of marketing campaigns
ROI on ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives
Successful execution of new product launches
Year-on-year increase in consumer engagement and brand awareness
Integration of market insights into strategy execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
4–5 years of FMCG brand management experience
Proven success managing multiple FMCG brands or categories
Experience in launching products and executing full product lifecycle campaigns
Deep understanding of Nigerian and West African FMCG markets
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; marketing analytics tools a plus
Professional certifications (CIM, NIMN) are advantageous.
