Develop tender documentation, including technical drawings, detailed specifications, and contractual terms.
Prepare and compile complete tender documentation, including technical and commercial bids, as well as compliance statements.
Assess project risks, opportunities, and constraints that could affect the tender process.
Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenses and enhance profitability.
Applicants should have experience in calculating price adjustments and cost escalations.
Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to fully understand the scope of work.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage bid documentation and records.
Assist in the procurement process by supporting bid evaluation and negotiation activities.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in bidding and tendering in the Oil and Gas Sector.
Must have experience in bidding for contracts in major oil companies like Shell, Chevron, etc.
Proficiency in using relevant software applications such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to tendering and procurement.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
