Bank Sales Executive at Tribest Coporate Support Ltd

Sales and Business Development:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets for various banking products and services.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the bank’s customer base.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely support.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Product Knowledge and Compliance:

Maintain a deep understanding of all banking products, services, and policies.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new financial regulations.
Ensure all sales activities are conducted in full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Administration:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis.
Accurately document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer onboarding process.

Requirements

BSc/HND in any discipline.
Must not be above 35 years.
Customer oriented and with impressive interpersonal skills.
Passionate about Sales and target driven.
Available to resume immediately.
Cross-sell bank products to customers.
