Job Summary
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading Food Service and Retail sales across Kano and Kaduna, delivering revenue targets, expanding distribution, strengthening key customer relationships, and coaching a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Lead Food Service and Retail sales operations to achieve/exceed targets.
Develop and execute regional sales plans, coverage, and activations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Recruit, train, and coach the sales team; track performance and report to management.
Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in frozen foods sales with a strong record of target achievement.
Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of the Kano & Kaduna markets and hospitality trends.
Salary
Negotiable.
