Oversees post-sales service operations, manages maintenance teams, ensures customer satisfaction, and supports technical and financial processes to meet service standards
Responsibilities
Implement functional strategy within the section to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across Jubaili departments.
Manage daily activities, foster collaboration, and streamline processes to meet performance targets.
Organize work schedules based on customer zones and urgency to ensure generator uptime.
Lead site inspections, fault diagnosis, design modifications, and client visits to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Coordinate pricing, BOQs, and receivables to ensure accurate billing and timely account closure.
Review maintenance reports to identify trends, delays, and contract renewals; liaise with technical teams on key issues.
Address client needs and complaints with timely follow-up and effective resolution.
Qualifications
University or Technical degree in Mechanics or Electric Engineering (BSC, B.Eng, HND etc)
Professional Qualifications: NSE, COREN
Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
5 years of which in a supervisory role.
