Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils enrolled in the after-school program with assignments and homework.
Assist students in preparing for tests and examinations through revision sessions.
Ensure pupils are engaged in meaningful academic activities during after-school hours.
Supervise students during recreational play to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
Reinforce lessons taught during the school day using British curriculum-aligned methods.
Create a supportive and encouraging environment to help all pupils thrive.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to align after-school support with the school’s academic goals.
Maintain proper records of each pupil’s progress and participation in the after-school program.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Familiarity with the British Curriculum is essential.
Certification in CPR and first aid is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to support students of varying learning levels.
Organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in student supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents to support learning goals.
