FINCA Nigeria seeks to employ an individual who is organized, analytical with excellent communication and good interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with vendors effectively for the Administrative Assistant/Driver position. H/She will be responsible for the maintenance of supplies, inventories, and making payments according to the administration department procedure manual.
The position reports to the Administrative Manager, supports the Administrative Officer in the day-to-day functions and reliefs driver who embarks on leave

Asset Management & Equipment Maintenance
Utilities Management
Automobile & Fuel Management
Inventory Management
Lease/Tenancy Management
Booking of flight, accommodations & local travel arrangements
Document Handling (Maintaining an effective archiving system)
Driving & car maintenance function while on relief duty
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of National Diploma (ND)/NCE in any field
Must have an active Driver’s license
