We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and other HVAC equipment.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively to ensure optimal performance of systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning systems.
Inspect and diagnose system malfunctions and determine appropriate solutions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
Test systems and components to ensure they are working properly and efficiently.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local HVAC codes.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
Recommend system upgrades or replacements when necessary.
Assist with other facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
8 – 10 years proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and electrical components.
Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
