Chanelle Microfinance Bank Limited is a State licensed microfinance bank. Our business focus is to provide financial inter-mediation and advisory to individuals, small/medium retail enterprises, mid-sized corporate organizations, etc. Chanelle Microfinance Bank is building a business architecture that will drive low cost, short and long-term funds in other to effectively support individual and small businesses and SMEs across different sectors of the economy.Job Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Work closely with management, IT, and operations teams to implement solutions
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategy
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet requirements
Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Experience with documentation tools (BRD, FRD, process maps).
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is an advantage
