Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day branch operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards.
Manage branch staff, including scheduling, supervision, performance monitoring, and training.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Prepare operational reports and submit regular performance updates to management.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Drive sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
â Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
â Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
â Excellent communication and customer service skills.
â Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
â Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, cost control, and service standards.
