Markfema Nigeria Limited is a health maintenance organization in Nigeria which started operations in 2005 and is duly accredited by the National Health Insurance Scheme (the regulatory body responsible for the implementation of the Social Health Insurance Scheme in Nigeria).Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Sales & Revenue Generation

Drive the acquisition of new corporate and retail clients across Lagos.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Present and market Markfema health plans to key decision-makers.

Team Leadership & Management

Recruit, mentor, and supervise Lagos-based sales executives.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.
Organize regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Motivate and guide the team toward achieving collective targets.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Resolve client challenges promptly and effectively.
Conduct periodic client visits and satisfaction checks.

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze the Lagos health insurance market and competition.
Develop tailored sales strategies for different client segments.
Provide timely feedback and insights to management for planning and decision-making.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions.
Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.

Requirements & QualificationsMust-Have:

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in HMO, Insurance, or Healthcare sales.
Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Lagos business environment and corporate structures.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have:

Experience selling health plans to corporate organizations.
Existing network of corporate clients in Lagos.
Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
