We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will not only manage the financial and accounting functions but also support operational efficiency and project execution across departments.
This role bridges finance with operations — ensuring accurate reporting, cost optimization, and seamless delivery of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management:

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Manage payables, receivables, and reconciliations of bank statements and vendor accounts.
Track expenses, revenues, and cash flow to ensure alignment with budgets.
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze cost and profitability reports for various hospitality units (rooms, F&B, events, etc.).

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Develop and monitor departmental budgets in collaboration with unit heads.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Track project and event-related expenditures to ensure budget compliance.

Operations & Project Support:

Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution of hospitality events, renovations, or new service rollouts.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Support planning and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
Assist in setting up financial controls and processes for new business units or projects.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making.
Prepare operational and project performance dashboards.
Conduct variance analysis and highlight key financial and operational trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certification such as ICAN/ACCA is an advantage).
3 – 6 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
Exposure to operations management or project coordination is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
