We require an experienced QSR Accountant to manage financial reporting, stock accounting, cost controls, and daily sales reconciliation for a fast-paced restaurant business.
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reconciliation for all outlets.
Track stock consumption and collaborate with the store and kitchen for accurate cost of sales.
Prepare management reports including P&L, cash flow, and budget variance analysis.
Monitor operational expenses and enforce financial controls.
Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
Review POS reports, discounts, voids, and complementary items.
Support internal audit and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Accounting or related field with 2–4 years proven experience in QSR accounting.
Strong background in inventory and cost control.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
Must have QSR experience.
