Trade Marketing Manager at Recare

We provide solutions in hair care, skincare, cosmetics and personal care. Recare is the proud parent brand of a collection of beauty brands including Natures Gentle Touch, Nonstop and Hairsavvy.
Job Responsibilities

Assess the awareness levels of consumers and channel within a given territory as defined in Recare’s marketing process.
Increasing the demand at wholesaler, retailer or distributor level to compliment brand management at consumer level
Development and execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development.
Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales.
Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives
Identify non- performing channels/channel outlets, define and implement strategies to develop them.
Liaise with the marketing department (head office) to ensure adequate supply of communication materials for brand visibility.
Proactively communication and build relationships with the global Marketing teams.

Qualification

Ideal candidate should have a Degree in Marketing.
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in the FMCG.
Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
Must be a Marketing Manager or equivalent position.
