Job Description
To fix all electrical issues.
Opening the clubhouse doors and the locking of the clubhouse doors after close of the business each day.
Any maintenance activity or issues should be reported immediately to the Ops supervisor.
Constant diesel and generator reports.
Replacement of bulbs
Attend to basic plumbing issues.
Wash the ac vents.
Participate actively in any event setup.
Monitor the generator and report any issues pertaining the generator.
Monitor the sewage treatment plant and report issues.
Must get acquainted with the water treatment plant basic backwashing and to carry out backwashing if need be.
To oversee vendors and artisans working in the clubhouse and report back to the Ops supervisor.
Ensure that the electric panels, sockets, and switches are kept clean.
To switch on or off the clubhouse lightings and air conditioners at the appropriate time.
To load water on the Mgt office water dispenser.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND qualifications with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience
Must Have Trade Test 1, 2 and 3.
