We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Programs Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our learning and development programs, both in-person and virtual, to ensure seamless delivery and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the design, implementation, and delivery of training and capacity-building programs.
Liaise with facilitators, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure quality program delivery.
Manage participant registration, attendance, and feedback.
Oversee logistics for training sessions including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions using measurable KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between training goals and organizational objectives.
Maintain up-to-date records of all training programs and participants.
Assist in developing new program modules and learning materials where necessary.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in program coordination, training management, or learning and development.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people development and learning.

Preferred:

Experience working in an educational technology, NGO, or capacity-building organization.
