Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer (Volunteer) at Light Foundation Center for Peaceful Coexistence and Development
Light Foundation Center for Peaceful Coexistence and Development (LiFon) is a passionate, community-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring dignity and hope to persons forcefully displaced by natural or man-made disasters, particularly women and children.Reports to: Program Manager
Role Purpose:
The M&E Officer will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data that ensures quality programming and evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and use basic monitoring tools to track project indicators.
Support data entry, validation, and analysis using Excel or KoboToolbox.
Conduct routine field monitoring visits to ensure data quality.
Support preparation of periodic M&E and donor reports.
Contribute to documentation of success stories and lessons learned.
Qualifications and Experience:
BSc/BA in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or related discipline.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Knowledge of data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, etc.) and Excel.
Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a humanitarian or development organization is an advantage
