This successful candidate shall be charge with the responsibilities of identifying, attracting, and placing qualified students into vacancies within schools and educational institutions, managing the entire recruitment process from client relationship building to candidate selection, interview management, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, understanding client needs, sourcing potential candidates, screening and interviewing applicants, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Job Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs.
Developing and implementing strategies to attract suitable candidates for teaching and educational support roles.
Reviewing CVs, managing interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions.
Facilitating the placement of candidates into roles, including managing references, offering salary negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition into their new positions.
Staying informed about the educational sector, including curriculum trends and best practices, to provide informed guidance to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
HND or BSc in any field plus 2-3 years’ experience in relevant industry.
Excellent communication to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
Strong sales skills to identify and secure new recruitment opportunities.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
The capacity to establish and nurture professional relationships with a diverse range of people.
The ability to find solutions and overcome challenges within the recruitment process.
An independent and driven approach to achieving recruitment targets.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
