Quality Control & Production Operator at Food Health Systems Advisory (FHSA)

We specialize in topics related to food systems, nutrition, agriculture, health, and climate.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food production of:
Coconut Snacks and Dried Snacks
Coconut Milk
Fresh Dairy Milk
Fresh Milk Yogurt
Coconut Oils
Monitor each production batch for cleanliness, consistency, and safety.
Document quality control checks and maintain accurate production logs.
Operate, clean, and maintain factory equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Enforce hygiene standards and proper handling practices across all stages of production.
Report issues promptly and maintain high production and safety standards at all times
Requirements
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Diligent, trustworthy, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP platforms.
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow within the role.
Ability to commute easily to the factory location.
Strong sense of cleanliness and pride in maintaining consistent standards.
Experience in dairy or yogurt production (preferred).
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols; HACCP certification is a plus.
Previous experience with food processing machines or tools (preferred).
