Work closely with the kitchen, dispatchers, and trackers to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones.
