The Deposit Mobilizer / Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving deposit growth, managing high-value client relationships, and delivering tailored financial advisory services to optimize customer wealth portfolios.
The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, strategic networking skills, and a deep understanding of investment advisory within Nigeria’s dynamic financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically source and mobilize deposits within the range of ₦200 million to ₦300 million monthly, leveraging both existing and new client networks.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and personalized financial solutions that align with their objectives.
Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities to help clients maximize returns while mitigating risk exposure.
Support clients in achieving both short-term and long-term financial goals through structured financial planning and advisory services.
Evaluate clients’ investment risk appetite to develop bespoke wealth management strategies tailored to individual profiles.
Identify, engage, and convert new prospects while expanding the institution’s client base and deposit portfolio.
Monitor deposit performance, client satisfaction, and portfolio growth, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3 – 5 years’ experiencein deposit mobilization, wealth management, or relationship management within a financial institution.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly deposit targets.
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio advisory.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and business ethics.
