Validate Investment Management (IM) records from:
Investment bookings
Payment transactions
Liquidations
Payout figures
Create accurate monthly payout forecasts
Oversee implementation of booking and payout instructions
Implement investment allocation instructions
Validate investment returns on client dashboards and reports
Flag reversals and failed payouts
Perform client dashboard audits for congruence with offline records
Prepare monthly and quarterly investment management reports
Skill Sets, and Values
Obsessive attention to detail.
High level of Math proficiency.
Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Incredible drive and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage complementary stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience And Qualifications
A university degree in a related field or equivalent certification.
10+ years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing investment records.
