ICX Consultant at Maersk

We are seeking a customer-centric professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our FMCG customers. As an Integrated Customer Experience Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact, proactively identify and mitigate issues, and ensure timely resolution. You will also collaborate with internal teams, build strong relationships with customers, and identify up-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and create customer-specific IOPs
Monitor KPIs and adhere to standard processes
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned FMCG customers
Ensure smooth execution of shipments
Identify and execute up-selling opportunities
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
Lead the team to achieve best-in-class customer experience
Proactively involve in project roll-out and seek continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum BSc or master's degree/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business-related course
At least 2 years' experience in shipping/freight forwarding industry preferred
Good knowledge of import and export processes including customs clearance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for customer experience
Pro-active person with a service-oriented mindset, Dedicated, decisive, and result-oriented with a can-do attitude
