We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives within the fintech and cryptocurrency space.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, strong expertise in crypto markets, and a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the fintech and crypto industry.
Drive customer acquisition campaigns across digital platforms, partnerships, and offline events.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to guide strategic decisions.
Create engaging content and oversee campaigns to build brand awareness and credibility.
Manage social media presence and optimize digital marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Prepare and present marketing performance reports and recommendations to management.
Organize and manage promotional events, webinars, and community engagement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in fintech or cryptocurrency.
Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and fintech products.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Creative, analytical, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
