Key Responsibilities

Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials.
Leverage excellent exposure to and relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market products and key industry stakeholders.
Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities seamlessly with the internal sales team.
Develop accurate sales reports and forecasting models based on collected market data.
Effectively understand and communicate complex product details and value propositions to high-level clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification of a Graduate Degree or HND.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry.
Mandatory experience and strong knowledge of the Tiles and Building Materials sector.
Exceptional Negotiation & Persuasion skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office for sales reporting and documentation.
