This role ensures seamless planning, mobilization, and execution of drilling fluid services while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and safety.
Lead day-to-day coordination of mud engineers, equipment, and materials to rig sites.
Oversee drilling fluid programs, ensuring performance, compliance, and cost control.
Manage inventory of chemicals and fluid additives to avoid delays and wastage.
Liaise with clients on job status, performance updates, and technical support needs.
Support invoicing by validating service reports, material usage, and field hours.
Enforce HSE standards and maintain operational documentation and end-of-well reports.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 15 years’ experience in mud engineering operations or oilfield service coordination.
Deep knowledge of drilling fluids systems and field challenges.
Proven ability to lead, organize, and communicate effectively under pressure.
Strong business sense for cost, logistics, and client relationship management.
