Role Summary
As a Sales Representative at Nature Smoke House, you will play a vital role in driving both retail and wholesale sales while ensuring excellent customer experiences. You’ll manage sales records, customer interactions, and online store presence, while also creating content that strengthens our brand identity. This role requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, sales-driven, and highly skilled in data management. APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN YABA/SURULERE OR IT'S ENVIRONS. AGES: 22-28 YEARS.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Records
Record daily and weekly sales (retail and wholesale).
Track and update customer databases daily (walk-in, online, and wholesale customers).
Maintain accurate records of inflows and outflows (revenue and expenses).
Identify and record product swaps, errors, and discrepancies.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Serve as a primary contact for customers via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email, and live chat.
Provide detailed product information including features, benefits, and customization options.
Understand customers’ needs to recommend suitable products and alternatives when necessary.
Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships through excellent service.
Sales & Marketing Support
Actively promote products online and in-store to drive sales.
Create engaging social media content to showcase products and strengthen brand presence.
Develop a deep understanding of all product lines to confidently suggest and upsell items.
Process online and in-store customer orders promptly and accurately.
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
Operations Support
Assist with the daily running of the organization.
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of HND in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm. or related field.
At least 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
Basic bookkeeping and record-keeping knowledge is an added advantage.
