To manage and support all trade activities that enhance market presence and product sell-through. The Trade Support Specialist works with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to coordinate orders, promotions, and market activations. The role ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely deliveries, and strong distributor relationships while providing insights to boost shelf visibility, accelerate sell-out, and support revenue growth aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional certification in trade marketing, sales, or logistics is an added advantage.
Three to five years of experience in trade marketing, sales operations, or distributor management, preferably within FMCG, retail, or consumer electronics.
Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles, order management, and inventory control.
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or trade-management platforms and advanced Excel or data-analysis tools.
Proven ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and ROI metrics to guide decisions and improve sell-through.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for building and maintaining distributor, vendor, and internal stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated capability to plan and execute trade activations and monitor budgets effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills to address trade or logistics issues promptly.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset for close work with sales, marketing, finance, and supply-chain teams to meet revenue and market-share goals.
