What You’ll Be Driving:

– Drafting of minutes and resolutions, Power of Attorneys, etc;
– Communicating with corporate agents on matters of signing, updating corporate documents, etc;
– Informing colleagues on any corporate changes;
– Organizing the translation and certification of documents;
– Documentation and recordkeeping;
– Filling in the KYC forms;
– Conducting preliminary legal research;
– Monitor changes in laws and follow best corporate practices.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

Marketing Technical Specialist

– 6+ months of proven experience as a legal assistant / junior lawyer;
– Basic knowledge of corporate structures, governance principles, and regulatory requirements;
– Ability to assist with internal audits and ensure corporate policies are followed;
– Ability to draft and review a variety of corporate documents, including minutes, resolutions, and Powers of Attorney;
– Ability to fill in KYC form;
– Ability to conduct preliminary legal research, monitor changes in laws, and analyze legal information;
– Excellent organizational skills for documentation and recordkeeping;
– Clear and effective communication with colleagues, corporate agents, and other external parties to facilitate tasks like document signing, documents;
– Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken;
– Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
