Develop and Implementsales strategies to achieve company targets.
Build and manage strong relationship with distributors, retailers, and key client
Lead, train and motivate the sales team to drive performance.
Monitor market trends,competitors and customers need
Expand market shares for our dog food products
Prepare and present regular sales reports to managment.

Requirements

First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, Nutritionist
Must be a Dog Lovers
Must have 3-5 years proven experience with an agro-allied company and background in Animal Science ( preferably in FMCG, Pet Food, Animal Feed industry)
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Passion for pets and knowledge of animal nutritionis an added advantage
Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools.
