Role Summary
Responsible for managing kiln operations, ensuring efficient firing processes, energy optimization, and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and control kiln firing operations.
Monitor temperature, pressure, and other process parameters.
Troubleshoot kiln issues to reduce downtime and defects.
Implement safety, maintenance, and efficiency best practices.
Support continuous process improvements for energy savings and productivity.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
5 – 7 years’ experience in ceramics, refractory, or heavy manufacturing industries.
Strong technical knowledge of kiln operations and process controls.
