As ASM/TSI you are responsible for the primary sales within the assigned territory.
You are responsible to understand distributor requirements and maintain strong connections with them in their designated area.
You have to set clear sales quotas for the sales executives working in your area and monitor their performance.
Collect market data and analyses the data to create sales reports for the company
Duties
Achieve the primary sales target for the designated area by variant by SKU
Brief sales executives on sales targets within a specific timeframe and guide them at every step-in order to help them achieve those targets
Improve brand awareness in the designated territory to bring more sales for the company
Keep an eye on the sales activity of competitors and plan strategies to stay ahead of them
Report to the business development manager of the company about the ongoing sales activity and achievement metrics
Execute company-wide efforts and design innovative tactics specific to the territory to meet or surpass predetermined sales targets
Discover business opportunities and improve sales strategies, analyze market trends, customer information, and competitor data
Cultivate and maintain positive connections with the distributors.

Requirements
Graduates in any field with proven experience in sales management, preferably in a relevant industry.
A minimum of 3 years plus working experience in sales with team handling responsibility.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
