This transition was to enable it provide a bouquet of added real estate products and services beyond residential and commercial developments, to meet the demands and tastes of its sophisticated customer base. Responsibilities

Drive Growth (Build a team, develop contacts, identify market opportunities and grow sales)
Building an effective sales and marketing team for optimal impact
Creating development and growth plans
Identifying market opportunities through networking and intelligence gathering
Developing sales and marketing strategies to ensure sales targets are met
Preparing sales presentations
Anchoring sales meetings and upgrading/driving the sales team
Producing relevant reports for management

Other Core Responsibilities:

Develop expert knowledge regarding the company’s real estate products and services and work on given mandates towards the execution of company’s developed products
Work on in-house leads and convert leads through to closure
Prepare and execute approved marketing strategy
Achieve set targets on a consistent basis for products, land and apartment buildings
Develop target buyers/lessors that are potential matches for available products
Remain knowledgeable about updates in the real estate space.

Requirements

A B.Sc Degree in any social science course
An MBA or minimum of second class upper is an added advantage
Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience as a Real Estate sales professional
Highly creative ability with capacity to think out-of- the- box
Proven experience in selling residential properties
