The Administrative Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient administration, smooth patient flow, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective support for clinical staff. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the clinic’s front desk, patient scheduling, and appointment system.
Supervise and coordinate administrative and non-clinical staff.
Maintain accurate patient records, billing, and documentation in line with clinic policies.
Oversee procurement and inventory of office and clinic supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Support financial administration including petty cash, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Prepare periodic reports on clinic operations for management.
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners.
Assist in HR-related functions such as onboarding, leave management, and staff welfare.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in administrative or office management (healthcare experience is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with clinic management software is an added advantage.
Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
