Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock.
Organize and maintain the store/warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.
Ensure accurate stock-keeping, labeling, and proper storage of goods.
Issue materials/products as requested and keep records of all transactions.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
Carry out any other duty assigned within
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification (additional certifications in store management or inventory control is a plus).
Proven experience as a store keeper or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and basic computer skills (MS Excel/Inventory software).
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
