Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Direct and oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a motivated and efficient team environment.
Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to design and implement innovative menus that align with customer preferences and profitability goals.
Financial Management: Develop and manage department budgets, control costs, monitor inventory, and analyze financial performance to meet profitability targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a superior guest experience by addressing complaints, implementing service standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Purchasing and Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, order necessary supplies, and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable pricing.
Marketing and Sales: Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and attract guests.
Event Coordination: Work with event planners and clients to design and execute successful food and beverage services for special functions.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
Essential Skills Leadership and team-building skills, Strong knowledge of food and beverage regulations and trends, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Budgeting and financial analysis capabilities, and Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
