Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Direct and oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a motivated and efficient team environment.
Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to design and implement innovative menus that align with customer preferences and profitability goals.
Financial Management: Develop and manage department budgets, control costs, monitor inventory, and analyze financial performance to meet profitability targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a superior guest experience by addressing complaints, implementing service standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
