Customer Service:
Greeting customers and providing assistance with account inquiries and various transactions.
Informing customers about bank products and services, and directing them to appropriate representatives for more complex needs.
Building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Transaction Processing:
Handling a wide range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cheque processing.
Processing foreign exchange, cash, and cheque transactions, including money transfers.
Using banking software to track and record transaction information accurately.
Cash Management & Reconciliation:
Maintaining and balancing cash drawers, including packaging cash.
Monitoring cash levels, requesting funds as needed, and performing cash analyses.
Reconciling discrepancies and preparing daily "End of Day" sheets.
Compliance & Security:
Adhering to all bank financial, security, and operational regulations and procedures.
Handling currency and confidential information responsibly.
Identifying and resolving any transaction errors or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.

Proficiency in using banking software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage workloads.

Salary
N112,000 – N120,000 monthly.
