Key duties include maintaining a clean work area, resolving customer issues, and performing general administrative tasks, all while possessing strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer and direct calls, resolve complaints, and provide information to customers.
Cash Handling: Process transactions using a cash register or Point-of-Sale (POS) system, accept various payment methods, provide change, and issue receipts.
Till Reconciliation: Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the checkout area and overall work environment clean, tidy, and organized.
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as distributing mail, logging incoming checks, and assisting with other departments as needed.
