We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our laundry and dry-cleaning business.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, manage staff performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and customer service skills who can thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain high-quality service delivery and enforce operational standards.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff to maximize productivity.
Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure proper usage.
Track inventory of supplies and manage procurement to avoid shortages.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Motivate and mentor staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
HND or BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as an Operations Manager (preferably in a service or retail-based business).
