We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Laravel and proven experience working on cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech applications.
The role involves building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power financial transactions and digital asset platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (Laravel Framework):
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and services using Laravel.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices in software development.
Cryptocurrency & Fintech Systems:
Develop and integrate APIs for cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, exchanges, or payment gateways.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and transaction workflows.
Work with blockchain data, smart contracts, or fintech APIs where applicable.
Database & Performance Management:
Design and optimize relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
Improve system performance, query optimization, and data integrity for large-scale financial transactions.
Security & Compliance:
Implement industry-standard security measures for data protection, encryption, and fraud prevention.
Ensure compliance with relevant fintech/cryptocurrency regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, PCI-DSS).
Collaboration & Deployment:
Work closely with frontend/mobile developers (Flutter, React, etc.) to deliver seamless integrations.
Use DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, CI/CD pipelines) for deployment and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3–5+ years of backend development experience with Laravel (PHP).
Proven experience working on cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech platforms.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and API integrations.
Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
Experience with security protocols, data encryption, authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
