We are seeking to hire three (3) experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Abuja. We’re looking for highly skilled professionals with over 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate and construction projects.
Candidates must be COREN certified and possess a strong background in structural designs, project supervision, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from design to execution.
Review and validate structural designs and drawings.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Liaise with architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to align project objectives and resolve issues.
Ensure strict compliance with COREN, Nigerian building codes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 10 years post-graduation working experience in construction or real estate.
COREN certification is mandatory.
Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of successfully completed commercial or residential building projects.
Applicant must be resident in FCT, Abuja.
