Summary

The Key Purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Packaging Department (People, Plant, Process and Systems) in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the most efficient and effective manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain safe, healthy and risk free working environment
Manage human resources
Optimize Teams performances
Manage plant, process and systems in line with Global AB-Inbev standards
Translate and implement packaging, manufacturing and business strategies
Lead, drive and maintain VPO standards and practices
Optimize process capabilities
Co-ordinate Packaging logistics
Manage productivity to within budgets 

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Engineering or Business Management Degree
At least 3-5 years FMCG production experience at management level
Chartered Institute of Brewing and Distilling qualification in Packaging an added advantage
