We are currently seeking for qualified and experienced applicants to fill the role of Personal Assistant for one of our clients in an I.T firm.

Major Responsibilities

Manage schedules, appointments, and official correspondence.
Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Requirements

Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proximity to locations such as Shomolu, Bariga, Palmgroove, and its environs is compulsory.
