Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and expand into new markets while retaining key customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with distributors and wholesalers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably water/PET products).
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
