The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies that enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the brand and increase sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing efforts to build brand visibility.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and business development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to design promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (fitness/wellness industry experience is an added advantage).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Must be resident within Ago Palace Way, Okota, or its environs (proximity to our office is required).
