Book flights, hotels, and transport.
Prepare detailed itineraries for business and personal trips.
Errands & Personal Tasks:
Handle personal requests (banking, shopping, reservations).
Support ED’s personal commitments that may overlap with work.
Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting venues (physical/virtual).
Circulate documents and materials in advance.
Record meeting notes if required.
Confidentiality:
Maintain discretion while managing personal and professional information.
